How long will it take for the item to arrive from the time I order it?
These are made to order items. We will start creating the item once full payment is received. We typically require 5 business days to make an item. However, this depends on the back log of pending orders. We can do a rush order for an additional fee. Please send us an email at [email protected] for an estimate of how long it will take us to create your order. The items are shipped using the US Postal Service using Parcel Post (2-7 days), Priority (1-3 days) or Express (1-2 days). Additional shipping will be charged for Priority and Express.
Can you customize the item?
Yes absolutely! Since these are made to order items we can customize them with a name, initials, date, etc. Additional fees may apply to certain (but not all) customized items.
